VERTICAL FORGING PRESSES

LZK is mechanical vertical crank one-point press with upper drive and with placing of main shaft in frame in direction from front to back (crosswise to the direction of technological process of forging).

LMZ
The press LMZ is mechanical vertical single-point press with upper drive and with placing of main shaft at a frame in direction front to rear (crosswise to the direction of technolgical process of forging). Ram guiding has shape „X“, what increases accuracy of forging pieces. The press is determined for hot work. An operator launchs a stroke by foot switch. A tipping serves for adjustment of tools. The tipping is slow move of the ram with possibility of his stopping whenever during the stroke.
SKL
Vertical forging press SKL ŠMERAL is determined for accurate die forging and calibration of parts with different shapes at hot. Parts are determined above all for further usage in automotive, aerospace and agricultural industry. The press is sufficient for production of parts determined for oil industry also. The press can be used as self-alining unit without peripheries, or it can be integrated to a full automated forging line.
