3D MEASURING - MEASURING SYSTEM LEICA LASER TRACKER LTD 706 WITH T-PROBE FOR SPATIAL (3D) MEASURING

Description of the device:

Leica tracker Leica tracker

Leica tracker is a mobile optical CMM which calculates 3D position of the reflector from the horizontal angle, the vertical angle and from measuring of distance. Angular sensors use code devices with high resolution. Distances are determined by using either laser interferometer or worldwide most accurate measuring instrument of absolute distance (ADM).

Advantages of Leica T-Probe:

  • It is minimum 5 times smaller and 30 times lighter than a joint arm
  • measuring is 2 times quicker due to minimal setting time for large measuring ranges
  • intelligent identification of sensor and spice eliminates operator´s mistakes
  • in larger measuring ranges is at minimum 3 times more accurate than an joint arm
  • armless and wireless sensing for deep measuring on the parts and tools

Description of the device:

OPTICKÝ MOBILNÍ 3D SKENER

  • posouzení shody vyráběných vůči originálním dílům
  • tvorba CAD modelu z naskenovaných dat

Možné skenovat ve dvou různých prostorech, dle velikosti dílu:

  • 9,1m3 - objemová přesnost 0,064mm
  • 16,6m3 - objemová přesnost 0,078mm


Popis zařízení: 

  • Měření skenovací hlavou MetraSCAN 3D a dotykovou sondou Handy Probe Next je možné kombinovat.
  • Přesnost měření je zaručena díky dynamickému pozicování.
  • Přístroj umožňuje rozšiřování pracovního prostoru bez vlivu na přesnost a lze tak měřit i objekty, které by se do pracovního prostoru nevešly. Snímá tvar povrchu sadou 7 laserových křížů.
  • Je možné skenování barevných, černých i lesklých povrchů. Povrchy není nutno zmatňovat nebo sprejovat na bílo kvůli měření.
  • Pracovní podmínky 5°C až 40°C.
